First and foremost, we ship to the 48 contiguous continental United States. We strive make every attempt available to ship within 48 hours UPS or USPS. On occasion, especially during the holiday seasons, orders may get backed up. We provide a money back guarantee minus the shipping costs for 30 days from date of purchase. If a “special- free shipping included” item is returned, the amount returned will be the purchase price minus the amount of shipping cost incurred. There is a 30% restocking fee for any products returned after 30 days. Under no circumstances will the cost for shipping be refunded unless it is our error. If an item was backordered you have 30 days from the shipment date. All packaging, labels and original materials are required with all returns.

If an order is returned, refused or unclaimed by the customer due to customer refusal, negligence, incorrect shipping information or absence. Customers are responsible for paying additional shipping and handling fees to have the order re-shipped. If we are unable to resolve the order it will be returned and the customer will be charged a 30% reprocessing fee.
